Elon Musk made a striking move ahead of the Wisconsin Supreme Court elections by giving 1 million dollar checks to two voters, declaring them representatives of his political group.

Musk stated that the election is critical for the agenda of former US President Donald Trump and the future of civilization. His supported groups have spent over 20 million dollars to back conservative candidate Brad Schimel.

The Wisconsin Attorney General argued that Musk's payments to voters are illegal under state law and sought a court order to prevent the distribution of checks. However, the state’s high court refused to review the emergency application.

Musk's lawyers stated that the distributed checks should not be considered an election incentive but rather protected under constitutional free speech.

The election is critical regarding the state's stance on issues like abortion and workers' rights. Musk emphasized that the Supreme Court's decision could change election rules and districts.
