Storm Hits the Aegean: Trees Fell, Streets Turned White

A storm in the Aegean region led to several adverse situations.
In Aydın's Efeler, Koçarlı, and İncirliova districts, heavy rain and strong winds negatively affected daily life. The roofs of two separate buildings were blown off, and a solar energy system from a six-story apartment fell onto a car.
The national park in Koçarlı also suffered damage due to the wind. Windows were broken, and tables and chairs were overturned.

In İzmir, the expected downpour began, especially illuminating the night in Çeşme with lightning. Hail also briefly affected the area, turning the roads white.

Streets and avenues were flooded, and it has been reported that the rainy weather will continue today. Citizens are advised to be careful and take necessary precautions.
