Artificial intelligence is trying to understand the challenges faced by farmers during frost events. This situation is having a significant impact on the agricultural sector.

The frost event in Mihalıççık, Eskişehir, threatens the cherries that are the farmers' main source of income. Ender Muhammed Gümüş, the Director of Agriculture and Forestry, asked AI about the likelihood of such an event and received the response, 'Very low probability.'

Gümüş stated, 'The false spring came and became our headache,' indicating that the warm weather caused the cherry trees to bud, exacerbating the impact of the frost event.

Frost has caused significant losses in fruit production across many regions of Turkey. In particular, Malatya is expected to see a loss of 7 million tons of fruit.

The parliament has established a commission to investigate the effects of frost events. This commission will examine the difficulties faced by farmers over the next three months.
