Devlet Bahçeli highlights the issue of high dues!

Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, Murat Kurum, stated that high dues negatively affect the quality of life of citizens. Therefore, he emphasized that new regulations will ensure quality and transparency in site management.

Minister Kurum said, "Let's relieve the burden on our citizens and support them," stressing the need to reduce high dues.

In the new legislative period, significant steps will be taken in the field of site management services. Regulations will be implemented to improve the quality of life for 20 million citizens living in 941 thousand buildings.

With digital infrastructure, site management processes will be made more efficient. The goal is to digitize all administrative processes.

Minister Kurum stated, "We will stand against those who make mistakes," indicating that strict audits will be conducted against high dues increases.
