The General Directorate of Meteorology announced the weather for March 11. Warm weather will take over the country, with temperatures rising to 22 degrees in Istanbul.

There is an avalanche risk in the inner parts of the Eastern Black Sea. Citizens are advised to be cautious. In the Mediterranean, temperatures will reach 31 degrees.

With the warm weather, sunny and spring-like conditions will dominate in major cities. The highest temperature in Istanbul is expected to reach 20 degrees, while Ankara will see 19 degrees.

Temperatures are expected to be 5-6 degrees above seasonal norms. Warm weather is predicted to last throughout the week.
