Justice Minister Yılmaz Tunç responded to the DEM Party's statements. He emphasized, "We are not playing ball here," drawing attention to the need for serious solutions to serious issues.

DEM Party Co-Chair Tülay Hatimoğulları made significant statements regarding the PKK's disarmament process. Tunç stressed the importance of supporting efforts to eliminate terrorism in response to these statements.

Tunç stated, "Law, democracy, and justice cannot be achieved through word games," inviting the ministry to take on this historical responsibility seriously.

During the meeting with Tunç, the working conditions of PKK leader Abdullah Öcalan were also discussed. Tunç clarified that the demands regarding this issue were not subject to negotiation.
