Retirees' dreams of sacrifice are shaped by holiday bonuses. However, turning these dreams into reality is becoming increasingly difficult.

The Directorate of Religious Affairs announced the domestic sacrifice price as 13,500 lira. Murat Tokgöz, President of the Turkey Retirees Association Mamak Branch, stated that retirees' holiday bonuses are 4,000 lira, but this amount is only enough to buy a small sacrifice. He emphasized that the purchasing power of retirees has decreased, stating, "The bonuses have eroded over the past 7 years despite price increases."

This situation highlights the economic difficulties faced by retirees. There is a need for more support and proposed solutions to enable retirees to afford sacrifices.
