Climate change and global warming are causing temperatures to rise worldwide. This week, temperatures in Turkey could reach 25-30 degrees!

According to statements from the General Directorate of Meteorology, the warm air wave will continue to be effective in our country. Especially in major cities like Istanbul, Ankara, and Izmir, no precipitation is expected.

Siberian cold is coming to Istanbul. Snowfall is expected.

Temperatures are expected to be 8-12 degrees above seasonal norms. This situation makes the effects of climate change even more pronounced.

With rising temperatures, the risk of avalanches in areas with high snow depth is also increasing. Therefore, caution is advised.

In the coming days, especially in the Southeastern Anatolia Region, thunderstorms and heavy rain are expected. This highlights the effects of climate change.
