A fire in Şarköy has caused a significant disaster, spreading from agricultural land to forest areas.

Starting on July 15, the fire quickly spread due to the wind. Emergency teams have managed to control the fire, but many forested and agricultural areas have been damaged.

After extinguishing the flames, teams are continuing with cooling operations. Aerial footage has captured the devastation caused by the fire, which is heartbreaking to see.

As the fire spread, gendarmerie teams requested residents to evacuate their homes. During this process, animals were moved to safe areas.

To control the fire, 5 planes, 4 helicopters, and numerous fire trucks are being deployed. The teams are continuing their efforts.
