Provinces expected to experience rainfall include Artvin, Gümüşhane, Bayburt, Trabzon, Rize, Kars, Ardahan, Erzincan, and Van. Local rain and thunderstorms are expected after noon in these areas.

Additionally, stormy winds are expected in the eastern part of the Western Black Sea and the western part of the Western Mediterranean. Citizens are advised to be cautious and take necessary precautions.

Rising temperatures are expected. It is especially recommended that the elderly and children be careful during the hottest hours of the day.
