CHP Emphasizes Its Determination in Election Struggle

The Republican People's Party (CHP) announced its determination to continue the election struggle during the April 23 National Sovereignty and Children's Day. CHP leaders emphasized their commitment to the fight for justice and freedom for children's future.
In a special session held in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, CHP's Başarır stated, "In these days when the will of the nation is openly intervened, we will continue our struggle for our children to live in a free, fair, and democratic country."
CHP Edirne MP Ahmet Baran Yazgan, in his April 23 message, stated, "We are facing practices that undermine the idea of national sovereignty. Local governments are the most direct reflection of the people's will."
Diyarbakır MP Sezgin Tanrıkulu emphasized the need to fight for children's happiness and welfare, highlighting that children are deprived of educational opportunities and are subject to abuse.
CHP Chairman Özgür Özel stated that April 23 is not just a memory of the past but a promise for the future. "We will continue our struggle for a governance approach that recognizes no power above the people's will in these lands," he said.
