President Erdoğan engaged with citizens in Istanbul after the earthquake. He visited the social facilities in Kağıthane to meet with locals.

Following the 6.2 magnitude earthquake in the Marmara Sea, Erdoğan visited the crisis center at the Istanbul Provincial Disaster and Emergency Management Directorate. He received briefings from ministers.

Later, Erdoğan visited the Hasbahçe Social Facilities in Kağıthane, where he spent time with citizens, took photos with children, and enjoyed tea.

During his visit, Erdoğan was accompanied by AK Party Deputy Chairman Ömer Çelik, Kağıthane Mayor Mevlüt Öztekin, and AK Party Istanbul Provincial Chairman Abdullah Özdemir.
