Minister of Agriculture and Forestry Kasapoğlu announced that he stands by farmers affected by frost. During a visit to Bayındır in İzmir, he promised that damages would be compensated.

Kasapoğlu stated, "We regret to see that the frost event has negatively affected the hard work of our farmers in Bayındır. We are here to show our government's support," he said.

The minister indicated that even farmers without insurance would have their damages covered. "According to the instructions of our President, the costs of damaged crops will be compensated promptly," he added.

Kasapoğlu emphasized, "We are not only there for farmers after disasters but also before. We see agriculture as the key to a prosperous Turkey," he stated.

In this period, where the effects of frost are deeply felt, Kasapoğlu highlighted that farmers are not alone, saying, "Together we will overcome this challenge," he concluded.
