A bear bored with nature went to the zoo to find friends. This event in California was described by zoo staff as 'a polite one.'

The Sequoia Zoo in Eureka shared a photo of the bear looking at three black bears in a cage on social media. The wild bear attempted to communicate with the bears inside the cage but was not allowed in.

Zoo officials noted that the bear was a very polite visitor and did not try to climb the bars. It was believed to have come from the 24-hectare park behind the zoo and was taken back to the forest.
