Climate change and global warming have become one of the most critical issues today. The General Directorate of Meteorology has issued significant warnings regarding heavy rain and temperature changes across Turkey.

In the northeastern parts of our country, partly cloudy weather is expected, while local rain showers will be effective in Trabzon and Rize. Air temperatures are expected to be above seasonal norms in southern regions.

Meteorology indicated that heavy rain would affect many cities, including Istanbul and Ankara. Thunderstorms and rain showers are expected, especially in the inner and western regions.

Winds are expected to blow at 40-60 km/h in the southwestern Marmara region. Therefore, it is crucial for citizens to be cautious and take necessary precautions.
