A forest fire disaster is happening in Adana!

A fire broke out in the Belenköy Kahveci Plateau of Feke district at around 10:40. The Adana Forest Regional Directorate teams quickly intervened in the fire. Efforts are underway to control the fire through air and ground operations.

The area around the fire has been secured to prevent its spread. Gendarmerie teams have started an investigation into the cause of the fire. Firefighting helicopters and tankers have been dispatched to the area.

The teams continue to work to control the fire from the air and ground. Citizens have been warned not to approach the fire area.
