Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan is conducting intense diplomacy traffic in Qatar.

In Doha, Fidan met with Qatar's Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Sani, to discuss regional issues. Topics such as Gaza and Syria were brought to the agenda during these meetings.

Fidan emphasized the need to strengthen the strategic partnership between Qatar and Turkey and evaluate new cooperation topics. The preparations for the upcoming High Strategic Committee meeting in Qatar this year were also discussed.

Minister Fidan reiterated Turkey's support for mediation efforts to achieve a ceasefire in Gaza. Turkey's role in this matter is crucial for regional peace.
