According to the forecasts of the General Directorate of Meteorology, the heat wave will continue to affect many regions of Turkey. Especially in the Marmara and Aegean regions, temperatures will exceed 35 degrees.

In Istanbul, temperatures are expected to rise to 36 degrees. These temperatures pose a risk, especially for the elderly and those with chronic illnesses.

Meteorology experts emphasize that we should avoid staying outside for too long during hot weather. Tuesday and Wednesday will be the hottest days.

Additionally, due to the increased risk of forest fires, citizens need to be cautious. Avoid lighting fires in forested areas.
