In his speech, Özel addressed the issues of Sivas, saying, "The population of Sivas has decreased, and problems are piling up. This order must change!"

The rally also called for freedom for CHP's presidential candidate Ekrem İmamoğlu. Özel energized the crowd by saying, "This government will come to an end!"
