Fires in Sakarya are alarming the local population. The causes of the fires are under investigation.

A fire broke out in a house in Çiğdem Plateau, Hendek district, and was brought under control by firefighters. However, only concrete and iron debris remained from the house. The cause of the fire is still unknown.

In Üçoluk neighborhood, a fire in a scrub area was extinguished by firefighters after citizens reported it. The fire affected approximately two acres of land.
