Hurricane and storm disaster is affecting Turkey!

The General Directorate of Meteorology has issued warnings for heavy rain and hail in many provinces. Particularly in Ardahan, hail has negatively impacted daily life. After short rainfalls, streets were flooded and vehicles struggled to move.

In Edirne, heavy rain has also had a negative impact. Water puddles formed in various places, and unprepared citizens had to wait at bus stops for the rain to stop.

Meteorology has warned of strong winds and storms expected in Central Anatolia and the Eastern Black Sea. Therefore, citizens are advised to be cautious and take necessary precautions.

Temperatures are expected to remain below seasonal norms. Strong winds from the south and southwest may cause disruptions in transportation.

Finally, meteorology experts have warned that such weather events could negatively affect agricultural activities. Farmers are particularly advised to be cautious.
