Operations against criminal organizations in our country continue unabated. Recently, an operation centered in Ordu led to the detention of 43 suspects across 10 provinces.

In this operation, 16 individuals were arrested for illegal betting and qualified fraud. The operation was coordinated by the Ünye Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.

Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya announced that a total of 74 suspects were caught in operations targeting 5 different organized crime groups across 10 provinces. These operations aim to halt the activities of criminal organizations.

It was determined that the proceeds from the crimes were laundered through cryptocurrencies. This shows how complex the structure of these criminal organizations is.

The digital materials and bank account data seized during the operations will help us better understand the activities of these criminal organizations.
