An important cooperation agreement has been signed between the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure of Turkey and the Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility of Spain.

During the signing ceremony held at the Istanbul Congress Center as part of the "Global Transportation Corridors Forum", Minister Uraloğlu and Minister Oscar Puente Santiago came together. Uraloğlu stated that Turkey plans to sign 5 or 6 agreements.

Uraloğlu said, "We discussed how we will cooperate in transportation with Spain. This agreement is beneficial for both our country and the world."

The forum highlighted Turkey's geopolitical position and its feature as a safe harbor. Uraloğlu emphasized that Turkey is an important country in the east, west, north, and south axes.

Uraloğlu also mentioned the importance of increasing cooperation with Africa and stated that Istanbul has become a distribution point in aviation.
