AKP deputies have submitted an important proposal to the Parliament regarding new tax regulations. These regulations aim to reduce the state premium support for employers and make changes to property taxes.

The proposal includes a reduction in the state premium support for employers to 2%. Additionally, a notary fee of 0.2% will be applied to vehicle sales.

With the removal of the exemption on rental income, property owners will face an increased tax burden, leading to at least 7,000 TL in additional taxes each year.

AKP Group Chairman Abdullah Güler stated that work on property taxes is ongoing. The new regulations aim to strengthen tax justice and ensure the sustainability of public finances.
