Meteorology Issues Heavy Rain Warning for 11 Provinces

The General Directorate of Meteorology has issued a heavy rain warning for 11 provinces. What will the weather be like?
It is expected that the country will be partly cloudy with local heavy rain and thunderstorms in the Central and Eastern Mediterranean, Eastern Anatolia, and some provinces.

Temperatures are expected to rise by 3 to 5 degrees in the inner and western regions, while no significant changes are expected in other areas.

Winds are expected to be light from the north, occasionally moderate, while strong winds are expected from the south in the southeastern part of Eastern Anatolia.

Expected weather conditions in some provinces are as follows: Ankara: 20°C, Istanbul: 20°C, Izmir: 27°C, Adana: 26°C, Antalya: 23°C, Samsun: 16°C, Trabzon: 14°C, Erzurum: 19°C, Diyarbakır: 28°C.
