A hailstorm in Ceyhan, Adana, has caused significant damage to agricultural lands. Farmers are reporting the destruction of their crops due to the hailstones.

Following the warnings from the General Directorate of Meteorology, the hail began around 3 PM. Hailstones the size of walnuts fell in Elmagölü, Mercin, Ekinyazı, and Hamdilli neighborhoods.

One woman recorded the heavy rain on her phone, saying, 'My beautiful peppers, my crops, my roses are gone.' Damage assessment will begin after the rain stops.

Farmers noted that this year's weather events have already harmed fruits and now wheat fields are also negatively affected.
