In the tenders related to the Kanal Istanbul project, the partnership of Öz-Er-Ka and Endülüs Companies stands out. The owner of this company, Eşref Keleş, was a candidate for the AKP from Diyarbakır. The total cost of the tenders was determined to be 1 billion 675 million TL.

Eşref Keleş stated, "We will never stop standing by our President who raises Turkey's voice to the heavens." This situation has sparked discussions about justice and transparency in the public.

Despite numerous criticisms, the Kanal Istanbul project continues at full speed. Most of the tenders are awarded to companies close to the AKP, causing significant public discomfort.

Keleş's company has received tenders worth over 10 billion TL since 2018. This is seen as part of the government's efforts to enrich its allies.
