Yavaş stated, "Ankara is not just stone and concrete. We are restoring the spirit of this city," mentioning the creation of 20 million square meters of new green space.

Emphasizing democracy, Yavaş said, "The true strength of a country is measured by the fairness of its institutions, the honesty of its leaders, and the freedom of its citizens."

At the end of his speech, Yavaş declared Ankara as the capital of justice, conscience, and goodness, honoring Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk and his comrades.
