CHP Election Strategies and Commission Discussions

CHP Chairman Özgür Özel shared important information about election strategies and commission discussions.
During his visit to the Journalists' Society, Özel made statements regarding CHP's participation in the commission to be established in the Turkish Grand National Assembly. He emphasized the need for a qualified majority in the commission's structure.

Özel stated that the commission should be named 'democracy' and expressed their sensitivity regarding this issue. He also announced that CHP would not participate in the constitutional amendment table.
Özgür Karabat, Deputy Chairman of CHP, raised allegations that some CHP deputies were subjected to technical and physical surveillance. This situation has become an important topic of discussion regarding CHP's election strategies.

Günaydın stated that the current constitution is undemocratic and needs significant changes. However, he expressed that it is not possible to amend the constitution together with AKP and MHP.
Özel announced that CHP will continue to hold rallies in different provinces every week and that preparations for the election period are ongoing.
