In Ankara's Keçiören district, a child fell into a pit in a landslide area. The incident occurred around 21:30.

The child, identified as I.S. (17), was rescued by neighborhood residents after his friend's calls for help. Teams worked hard to pull the child out of the pit and took him to the hospital.

Local resident Muharrem Çintal stated that similar incidents have occurred in the area before, resulting in a fatality. He emphasized the need for urgent measures.

Since 2023, nine risky buildings have been evacuated due to landslides in Kanuni neighborhood. Ground improvement works have been initiated.
