In Antalya, Y.E. claimed to have been sexually abused 13 years ago and brought her case to court. In the second hearing, the request for the defendant's arrest was denied. The court also decided to hear a new witness.

The defendant Ü.Z.A. is being tried for 'qualified sexual abuse of a child'. The victim's lawyer requested the defendant's arrest, but the court rejected this request.

Müjde Tozbey, President of the Before Children and Women Association, stated that they will continue to fight for the defendant's arrest. The hearing was postponed to October 3, 2025.
