Foundation of 110 Billion Lira Investment to Be Laid Tomorrow!

Transport and Infrastructure Minister Abdulkadir Uraloğlu will lay the foundation of the Kars-Iğdır-Aralık-Dilucu Railway Line tomorrow. This project marks a significant step in Turkey's transportation infrastructure.
The total investment cost of the project is set at 110 billion lira. The line will be 224 kilometers long and will have the capacity to carry 5.5 million passengers and 15 million tons of cargo annually.

Minister Uraloğlu emphasized that this line will be a crucial part of the Zengezur Corridor. Turkey will become a secure connection point between Asia and Europe with this project.
The construction will include 5 tunnels, 19 cut-and-cover tunnels, 3 viaducts, 10 bridges, and 480 culverts. The project is expected to be completed by 2029.
This project will strengthen Turkey's geostrategic position and enhance regional cooperation. A major step is being taken in transportation!
