In Bodrum, retirees gathered to express their financial struggles.

The United Retirees Union Bodrum Branch organized a protest under the slogan "We Cannot Make Ends Meet." Branch President Safiye Karakaş spoke about the difficulties retirees face.

Karakaş stated, "Many regulations have been made against retirees during this government. We can no longer pay our rent," highlighting the dire situation.

Among the retirees' demands are equalizing the minimum pension with the minimum wage and abolishing healthcare co-payments.

Karakaş concluded, "We want permanent and fundamental solutions as retirees," emphasizing the urgency of their requests.
