The Return of Syrians to Their Country Gains Momentum

Syrians are returning to their homeland! With schools on holiday, many families are starting to head back.
Syrians arriving at the Oncupinar Border Gate in Kilis are heading back to their country after completing their procedures at the Voluntary Return Unit. Muhammet Kahraman expressed his love for Turkey and stated that he was waiting for the schools to close to return to Syria.

12-year-old Yusuf Kahraman stated that he studied in Turkey for 4 years and will continue his education in Syria. "The war is over, we are returning to our country. Thank you, Turkey," he said.

11-year-old Nisan Vaiz expressed her happiness by saying, "The war is over, I am returning to my country. I studied for 4 years in Turkey and received my report card. Now I will continue school in Syria."

The return of Syrians is a hopeful development for many living in Turkey. During this process, many Syrians express their gratitude for the support and hospitality provided by Turkey, experiencing the joy of returning to their homeland.
