Nilüfer Yalçın is pursuing 100 million lira in a divorce case that has lasted for 19 years. This case has turned into a legal struggle, not just a divorce.

Yalçın had to file for divorce due to a property dispute with her ex-husband C.Ç., whom she married 26 years ago. They divorced in 2014, but the case continued.

The mental health reports regarding C.Ç. affected the course of the case. In 2007, a report stated he was 'not mentally fit,' but this changed in 2018.

Yalçın stated that she has attended over 400 hearings in 19 years and constantly receives notifications. Her son is also upset about this situation.

The court rejected Yalçın's requests. However, she emphasized that her ex-husband is mentally fit and that she has been a victim throughout this process.

Yalçın mentioned that her claims exceed 100 million lira and expressed her exhaustion from the ongoing process. 'Everything is being rejected, I am very tired,' she said.
