Developments in Syria Continue as Expected

Developments in Syria continue as expected. While conflicts and massacres persist, Colani's attempts to disarm political powers yield no results. No one trusts him and no one wants to lay down their arms.
The idea of a single state, single nation, and single flag in Syria has not excited anyone. Now, the Iraq model is being discussed, and even the Lebanon model is on the table. However, these models are seen as more preferable than Colani's moderate sharia model.
There is fierce competition among the regional powers. Some are trying to gather support by spreading dreams of a Kenan state, while others are promoting new Ottomanism. This complex situation creates uncertainty for the future of Syria.
