Conflicts have reignited in Syria! The events in Suwayda have heightened tensions in the region.

Recent clashes in Suwayda reportedly began when factions seized each other's vehicles. This quickly escalated into heavy armed confrontations, resulting in at least 10 deaths and 40 injuries.

Governor Mustafa Bekkur emphasized the need for calm and dialogue. He stated that the most reliable way to overcome the current crisis is through reason and dialogue.

Clashes are also occurring between Druze groups and the Syrian interim government. As a result of these conflicts, two people have died and eight have been injured. Druze leaders have labeled the events as fitna and called for peace.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported that at least 73 people have died in the last two days around the capital Damascus and in the southern Suwayda region. This situation is drawing international attention.
