As a result of the election, Eşref Edip Çiçekli, Necati Küçükaydın, Coşkun Çekiciler, İsmail Çobanoğlu, and Adnan Güran became the new members of the Court of Accounts. CHP deputies did not participate in the voting, citing the elections as incompetent.
This election is considered an important step in Turkey's financial oversight mechanisms. The members of the Court of Accounts will be responsible for financial auditing and accountability.
The election results hold significant importance in Turkey's political agenda. CHP's absence may lead to discussions regarding the opposition's stance.
