The General Directorate of Meteorology has issued a yellow code storm warning for 11 provinces. Strong winds and extreme heat are drawing attention!

Storms are expected in Balıkesir, Bursa, Çanakkale, Edirne, Istanbul, Izmir, Kırklareli, Kocaeli, Manisa, Tekirdağ, Yalova, and Sakarya. Winds could reach speeds of up to 80 kilometers per hour.

Temperatures will be above seasonal norms, with Adana expected to reach 39 degrees and Istanbul 30 degrees.
