Volcano Erupts in Kamchatka! Lava is Rising

The Kluchevsky volcano in Kamchatka has started erupting lava!
The Russian Academy of Sciences' Geophysical Service released striking images of the eruption. The images show volcanic bombs being ejected hundreds of meters high from the crater.
The lava flow from the volcano has spread approximately 3 kilometers and is moving towards the Bogdanovich Glacier. This situation is increasing environmental impacts.
Experts warn that the glacier mass is rapidly melting, which could trigger secondary disaster risks such as floods or landslides in the coming days.
Residents in the Kamchatka region have been warned about possible ash fall, and tourism activities have been temporarily restricted. Authorities emphasized not to trust information sources outside of official announcements.
They state that such natural events are part of Kamchatka's geological structure, but their effects have become more unpredictable due to climate change.
