A major operation in Istanbul has led to the arrest of 42 suspects. This operation is part of a comprehensive fight against organized crime.

Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya announced that the operations were conducted in nine provinces centered in Istanbul, with suspects facing various charges. These charges include murder, assault, and robbery, among others.

The provinces where the operations took place include Istanbul, Adana, Samsun, Siirt, Kocaeli, Ankara, Izmir, Tekirdağ, and Aydın. This extensive operation is part of a determined fight against crime organizations.

Yerlikaya emphasized that such operations will continue and that criminals will not go unpunished. Thanks to the coordinated efforts of security forces, an effective struggle against crime organizations is being carried out.
