How will the weather be this weekend? According to the General Directorate of Meteorology, temperatures are returning to seasonal norms.

Rain and thunderstorms are expected in the eastern Marmara, Inner Aegean, and Mediterranean regions. Temperatures will drop by 3-5 degrees.

In Istanbul, temperatures will hover around 30 degrees. However, coolness will be felt this weekend along with rain.

Diyarbakır remains the hottest city at 40 degrees. Expected temperatures in other cities include Balıkesir 31, Edirne 34, Istanbul 30, Denizli 37, Izmir 35, Adana 34, Antalya 31, Ankara 33, Sinop 35, Trabzon 29, Gaziantep 36, Siirt 40 degrees.

Meteorology has indicated that winds will blow from the north and may be strong in some areas. Therefore, caution is advised when going outside.
