Elazığ Transportation Inc. (EBUAŞ) constructed a building without public knowledge. This situation has raised allegations that Elazığ Mayor Şahin Şerifoğulları was unaware of the construction.

General Manager Vedat Görgöz claimed that the building was constructed using leftover stones from the Villa Kent project and that no budget was allocated. This raises questions about how public resources are utilized.

CHP Council Member Murat Akkoç emphasized that this structure was not reported to the council and that the public expects transparency. He stated that the public should be informed in such cases.
