MHP Commission: National Unity and Solidarity Commission Established

MHP Vice President Feti Yıldız announced that the name of the commission to be established for the PKK disarmament process is 'National Unity and Solidarity Commission.'
The commission was planned to consist of 51 members, but since the IYI Party will not participate, it will consist of 48 members. The President of the TBMM, Numan Kurtulmuş, invited the commission members to a meeting on August 5 at 11:00 AM.
The AK Party refers to the commission as the 'Terrorless Turkey Commission.' Yıldız emphasized that the name of the commission should not be a topic of discussion.
The quorum for the commission's decisions is set at 31 members. This means that at least 31 members must approve for the commission to make a decision.
The distribution of members is as follows: AKP 21, CHP 10, DEM Party 4, MHP 4, New Road Group 3, and one member from other parties.
The MHP members participating in the commission include Istanbul MP Feti Yıldız, Sakarya MP Muhammed Levent Bülbül, Kırıkkale MP Halil Öztürk, and Tokat MP Yücel Bulut.
