A new era is beginning in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey!

Following the PKK's disarmament, the establishment of a 'Terror-Free Turkey' commission is on the agenda. Both CHP and AKP have announced their members for the commission.

AKP Group Chairman Abdullah Güler stated that the members of the commission consist of legal experts. Here are the names from AKP: Abdulhamit Gül, Mustafa Şen, Kürşad Zorlu, and more!

CHP Chairman Özgür Özel also announced their participation in the commission. He noted that the condition for qualified majority was accepted in this process.

The first meeting of the commission is planned for next week. TBMM President Numan Kurtulmuş stated that important decisions will be made with a qualified majority.
