A fire disaster is affecting many in Bursa. However, amidst this disaster, some miracles are also happening.

In the village of Karahıdır, Halil Kiraz's 25-acre nectarine orchard managed to stay green while the surrounding area turned to ash. Kiraz stated, "When the fire reached our area, I thought there would be nothing left of the garden. But when I checked on Sunday morning, I couldn't believe my eyes; it was like a miracle that it remained this way," he said.

During the fire, the absence of dry grass under the trees and the recent watering of the garden prevented the fire from reaching it. This situation has become a source of hope for the villagers.

The fires in Bursa have been largely extinguished, with 67 out of 69 forest fires under control. The Minister of Agriculture and Forestry stated, "We have the strongest air and ground fleet in the history of the Republic," he said.

Damage assessment works are ongoing after the fires. It has been determined that 132 independent units are heavily damaged or destroyed. After the fire, villagers hope to return to their former greenery.
