Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan held an important meeting with his Saudi counterpart. In this meeting, the situation in Gaza and efforts to establish a ceasefire were evaluated.

Additionally, the upcoming meetings regarding Palestine and the preparations for the 51st Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) to be held in Istanbul on June 21-22 were discussed.

This meeting is of great importance for strengthening relations between the two countries. Hakan Fidan exchanged views on regional peace and security issues with his Saudi counterpart.

According to sources from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, these discussions are expected to continue. Hakan Fidan will continue to play an active role in international relations.
