Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz announced the establishment of a new commission for water resource management. This commission will operate under the patronage of Devlet Bahçeli.

Yılmaz emphasized the strategic importance of water and agriculture for Turkey's future. He stated that an integrated basin approach will be strengthened against climate change and water scarcity.

New projects include converting seawater into fresh water and implementing artificial intelligence applications. With these projects, Turkey aims to adopt a more sustainable approach to water management.

Cevdet Yılmaz stated that once the work reaches a certain stage, it will be shared more broadly with the public. He emphasized the need for Turkey to prepare for this new normal.
