Özel stated, 'We came for a good cause. We had to be here with our friends who are subjected to enemy law.' He expressed that 'the hearts of millions are here' while presenting the marriage certificate.

Özel harshly criticized Erdoğan, saying, 'They declared war on us. I call on those who initiated the peace process to end this conflict.'

He also stated, 'They cannot capture us here. They will drown in the tears of brides and mothers in their oppression.'

Özel responded to Erdoğan's statements by saying, 'Watch your step, or we will know how to make you pay.'

Özgür Özel emphasized, 'You cannot intimidate the chairman of the party founded by Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, who set out without fear of death sentences.'

Özel concluded with a challenge, saying, 'Bring it on!' and clearly stated his stance against Erdoğan.
