Forest fires and volcanic eruptions are in the spotlight in Turkey!

In Kocaeli's Karamursel district, a forest fire has spread to residential areas, leading to the evacuation of three neighborhoods. Firefighting efforts are ongoing from both air and ground. The smoke from the fire has reached Bursa.

In Diyarbakir, fires have also broken out and are approaching residential areas. Teams are working hard to control the fires.

In Karaman, firefighting efforts are also underway. The fires are spreading rapidly due to the wind, and numerous teams have been dispatched to the area.

Firefighting efforts include 6 planes and 10 helicopters. The smoke from the fires is being felt in surrounding provinces as well.

According to statements from the governor's office, all teams are mobilized to control the fires. Some houses in evacuated neighborhoods have been reported damaged.
